I have been practicing as a Mental Health Counselor since 2013. I have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. I also have experience working with younger children and have done training in play therapy techniques. I am relationship-oriented and want you to feel comfortable working through your current stressors. I value each person's journey and the opportunity I get to assist others along their way.
